About
Growing up in a big Greek family in Melbourne’s West, two local brothers spent most celebrations gathered around a rotating spit in the backyard, learning the old family recipes and techniques as they slow cooked meat over fire.
With decades of experience under their belts, they decided to open the doors to The Brotherhood Yiros & Grill, to share their recipes and Greek hospitality with the neighbourhood they grew up in.
Hidden in the backstreets of Seddon, the shop is a tiny hole-in-the-wall location but easily found due to the large scale mural by Melbourne artist Heesco, which pays homage to vintage scenes from the local area.
With a passion for using the freshest ingredients and cooking as much as possible from scratch, at The Brotherhood Yiros & Grill you’ll experience traditional Greek street food served just the way it is in Greece.
